Hello,
My computer randomly freezes up and will not unfreeze. I've had to reboot my computer. My computer temps are perfectly fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Computer Specifications: Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4G) RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX (16 GB) Please help. Thank you, HazyDayz |

^ this won't do.
first of all, it's only one file (i think), nothing obvious about a freeze in it, and we don't know when it happened. i'm sorry, but YOU will have to do a little harder detective work here. also "freeze up" requires clarification. also i don't believe in "random" - try to find a pattern, or make it reproducible. troubleshooting! |
Try setting the BIOS/UEFI to default values.
