Linux Mint 14 - limited options on CompizConfig

I have installed Linux Mint 14 on a Dell precision T3500
I then installed Compiz Config, but there are only a few options available.
From this I assumed that I needed a proprietary driver, so I went to the Additional Drivers tab in Software Sources, and nothing was available.

Is there anything I can do?

I don't think you need a driver but I'll check with the folks at Linux Mint-

In the meantime these webpages should be a help-

BTW, I did not know that this was the case:
Compiz 0.9 in Mint 14 is unity optimized and quite dysfunctional and incomplete in many aspects-

Try installing a driver for your graphics card-
