Linux Mandriva Wireless Network

Hey my cousin is having trouble connecting to the internet with his laptop with linux mandriva anyways his card is ( broadcom corporation bcm94311mcg wlan mini-pci ) if anyone knows howto help please reply. Thank you.

A few people report it working with Linux driver, most users seem to have resorted to ndiswrapper.

Hmh ... at this point you can believe him and try Linux driver ... or you can search for second opinion ... like here: http://hardware4linux.info/component/20872/

Stuck ... you have to start somewhere. How about going to www.google.com/linux and searching for 'mandriva ndiswrapper' keywords?
