I just happened to have an old 7.1 cd around.
If you have Linux already, then you can make the floppy(s) by using dd (eg dd if=cdrom.img of=/dev/fd0). If you've only got Windows, then you can use a program called rawrite.
I take it that since you're asking for the boot floppies, you haven't got them on your CD and your computer can't boot from the CD drive?
