Unhappy Linux: mailx command issue, mails getting stuck in mailq

Hello People,

I am trying to send the email from our Linux server using mailx command, and mail are not going through its getting stucked in mailq.
when i checked the logs I got below error.
I checked connectivity and saw we dont have any is there a way i could change the dns mentioned below in erro log to the one i want to use.
I have used this mailx command from multiple other servers as well all in same domain, but i didn't find any error over those server as mails are going through properly. just curious as I didnt do any specific settings on these server where its working but couldn't understand why its not working on this server. Test if you can telnet to the server that times out on the ip with port 25 and get a connection.
