Question linux mail users backup

hello sir i have installed redhat linux 9.0 , configured send mail
i am using it as mail server , now i want to change this mail server to windows 2003 as our management want to change to windows ( i dont know the reason )
how can i take the backup of each users mails & restore them in windows active directory plz help me
in windows we are using exchange 2003
