Basically, I took a HP 15 laptop and converted it into a Linux laptop by adding Linux Lite. The problem is Linux Lite has no WiFi scanner, so I looked on Google and found LinSSID (the recommended Linux WiFi scanner). I downloaded LinSSID on to a USB flashdrive I formatted myself. The Linux Lite downloader said that LinSSID couldn't be installed because Linux Lite is missing libboost-all-dev (version 1.74.0.3 of libboost, which are the Boost C++ Libraries development files [ALL] [default version]). I need this on the Linux laptop for it to work, so what do I do?

Linux Lite is saying they do have a wifi scanner.
