Linux light stuck installing packet "libeatmydata1 (amd64)"

Hi guys. I'm really new in linux. I've got an ACER Aspire A315-41-R6B8 and I'm struggling to get linux light installed, but there is an loop going on right at the end of instalation process. The packet that shows is called as in the subject, libeatmydata1. I left the room, 2 hours later, the package was still in pending instalation loop. I really don't know what that means and I cant figure out why is stuck at that step. I've searched all over the forums but no topic seemed to fit my problem.
I would really appriciate any help, any advices from you guys. Thank you.

I've attached here a ss of the laptop screen:

Your screen shot says it's Kali Linux your trying to install. There is no Linux distribution called "Linux Light" that I'm aware of, but there is a distribution called "Linux Lite", which is NOT Kali Linux. Kali is not for you, and as the links below will tell you, is NOT for desktop use, nor use by inexperienced users.

I'd strongly suggest you have a look at the following links below, in the following order;

I've figured out how to boot. But there are still problems. Only with these kernel parameters can boot:
splash (erase quiet)
ivrs_ioapic[4]=00:14.0
ivrs_ioapic[5]=00:00.2
clocksource=hpet
iommu=on
amd_iommu=on
amdgpu.dc=1
.
Besides that, ACPI being disabled, power management and performance are both fucked up. It's so laggy that I can't even use it. Should I contact Acer? It won't boot up without ACPI turned off and all those other lines mentoned earlier.
