linux iso


I have linux iso image on Vista host machine and also have installed linux machine inside Vmware as guest machine.Please tell me how i will mount the iso image from the host machine to the guest machine and how will i extract the RPM's from iso image directory.

mount your iso image as cdrom (check vmware settings)
