Linux incompatibility problems

I used Wubi to install and test Linux Ubuntu, however, i am having a lot of problems. I cannot find a way to connect to WiFi, it doesnt seem to use my graphics card due to immense lagging on overlapping windows ( i see multiple boxes as i drag the window that trail behind it), and i cant even download adobe flash player( each one gives me an error message, the ones for Ubuntu say wrong architecture 'i386' or cannot find adobe flash-pluggin). Are these just the begining to my vista to windows problems?

Try using the Ubuntu LiveCD. It'll give you a better indication of what the distro's like than running it under Windows will.
