I am very new to linux and i am very much interested to make it as my career option in embedded systems.I have three books
--understanding linux kernel--o'rielly edition
--guide to unix using linux--
--beginning linux programming--3rd edition by neil matthew and richard stone.
i got fedore installed in the computer and practising commands..
can anyone kindly suggest me from embedded point of view what all should i learn from these books.
at one point i was unable to understand anything from the book..
so waiting for your replies..

Really not sure anybody can answer your question whithout you being
more specific about your goals, time, general level of computer knowledge

If you master general linux, it will make your life simpler, that is sure
