Linux for Network Admin

Is there a good (best?) distro to use as a server on a small network (5-10 nodes)? Doing things like DHCP, DNS, File, SMTP, user management, etc.?

Not really. CentOS is Red Hat based and is popular. SuSE and Gentoo are used. Debian is also popular and so on. Which distro are you most familiar with?
