Linux distro for nternet access ONLY

I'm a Linux newbie, i've had a brief look at Ubuntu. What I really want is a distro which will boot into a browser to to allow internet access only... ideally i'd want codes/flash/java etc installed so as not to limit the browsing experience. Does such a distro exist?

Thanks

You want something like kiosk mode? Only browser, and nothing else?

Yes exactly. It will be a public access PC I want the public to only have access to a browser (and I'll need a content filter in place too) ... I want to be able to boot into another secure partition to be able to do things i need to do.
