Bom dia! Já tentei de tudo, tenho os codecs instalados o drive funciona, mas quando coloco a mídia ele roda, roda, roda e simplesmente apaga o computador. Não sei mais onde poço encontrar ajuda, quando abro o aplicativo discos, está lá o HD e o DVD ROM, Já tentei em todos os pontos de montagem e até agora nada. Por isso se alguém puder dar uma luz (ajuda) eu agradeço muito.
