In fact, you might face a lot of trouble trying to use any other compiler than GCC with Linux and I'm pretty sure all the compilers are text-only tools in this environment ... The easiest is to find an IDE that can handle GCC in your place ...

If you want to install Code::Blocks, you'll have to install GTK+2-devel (there might be a few dependencies, like pango-devel and cairo-devel, but YaST should tell you that, even on another machine)

Then you should follow the straightforward procedure here :

I did it 2 days ago, it's not complicated.

It's recommended that you use the last snapshot (which runs great for production), so you might need to install svn on you SuSE box (YaST should help)

Hope this helps !

There are no installable providers of for kdevlop
This is the only error coming, so it might work with kdevlop if i solve this error...
Any ideas ?

this is resolved by installation of kdesdk3 from YaST, but you said you also need kdelibs3 and this is where you stopped, if I remember correctly ... Just revolve the deps and it should work fine ...

But you might have to try several times (resolving 1 dep at a time), as you don't have internet on your devel box ...
