Linux as Fileserver - which dist.?

i've got an Fileserver with
- Promise Raid (0+1)
- nforce onboard network
- 1200Mhz
- 512 DDR Ram
- (wlan optional)
And I need:
- a good FTP server
- vnc server
- no firewall *g*
- Wlan support
- it should be a german language in it
it should be able to run all the services automatic @ boot...

There are 2-6 people which are using (at the same time) files from the server...

Which linux should i use?

Which ftp server is fast and easy to use?

thx 4 answers!

Any distrubution can do the work, but as you are looking for a "german linux" I suggest SuSE, as they are a German company. This means you get german handbooks, a german UI and german support.
