LINUX application and kernel performance related questions.

I was poking around on the net looking for things re: this subject when I found Seems like a natural place to register and ask, so here goes... I am looking for recommendations for perf & tuning packages that make nice graphs, etc. for Linux based systems, specifically for
2.6.18-194.32.1.el5 SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux, but am interested in general in all things related to application and kernel performance and tuning on Linux.

I already know about strace. A set of tools Solaris/dtrace like with graph ability would be swell.

Any thoughts appreciated..

Tools like cacti or kSar may help you out.
Try to google them and try them.

Get back if you still face problems.
