Please be more specific about your problem; also the distro of Linux - there's no such thing as just "Linux 4"

If you mean Red Hat 4.x, I believe it goes End-of-Life this month. Red Hat would no doubt have informed you via your support agreement as security upgrades, support, etc, are paid for. Their current version is 7.x.

The comparable free Linux would be Centos 7.0 which can be downloaded here. Check their Wiki and Manuals for install information.
