Linux- API Headers

I'm new in LFS. I'm in chapter 5.5.1 Installation of linux API Headers. I have 2 questions:
Where are the headers? I went to /lfs-sources and there is a file called linux-, is that it?
Where am I supposed to put them, in $LFS/sources or $LFS/tools?

They stay in the sources area. You extract them using bunzip2/tar:
tar xjf linux-
which will create a directory with the header files.
