Linpus Desktop Icons changer.

Yet another question. I looked at yet another video at youtube , and I saw a guy having Skype next to the browser icon at Connect section. Was that out-of-the-box , or is there an desktop editor? P.S. I really need not to watch Linpus videos on youtube.
