lilo mbr problem

I installed ez-bios on my maxtor hd and it overwrote the mbr. how do i put lilo back into the mbr. I booted from a boot floppy and everything is still there in lilo.conf. It just won;t boot without the floppy.

How do i reinstall the mbr?
