LILO in seperate hardisk? need help

I have 3 hardisk. I want to try Linux, and mandrake9.1 is my choice. Need help on how to install dual OS with seperate hardisk. For ur info, i have bootable mandrake CD.

1) I have winXP in 80GB hardisk, with 4 partition .. Primary C, Extended(Logical D,E,F).
2) 2 old hardisk, .. 249MB Seagate, 5GB Quantum

can u guyz give me an idea with step-by-step instruction on how to properly install it ?

can i install LILO inside 249MB Seagate as my Primary Master hardisk?

ermm .. i plan to do it like this:-
-----------------------------------------------------
- Primary Master : 249MB Seagate - LILO (or grub?)
- Primary Slave : 80GB WD - Win XP
- Secondary Master : 5GB Quantum - LINUX Mandrake9.1
- Secondary Slave : LiteOn CD ROM
-----------------------------------------------------
 need help.. guide me ..

Well Linux will have no qualms with being on a different disk, but I don't know about XP. Besides, wouldn't putting the ancient Seagate as Master to your big drive slow the big one down? Why not install LILO/GRUB to your XP drive. They install to your MBR, and XP doesn't keep much important stuff there (ie it's very easy to restore if something goes wrong). Keep your win xp drive where it is, (assuming it's on Primary Master), and install to your 5GB disk, and the Mandrake install will do everything for you.
