Unhappy Lilo Boot Disk


Does ANYONE know how to make a lilo boot disk? PLEASE make is simple i am very new to linux...Im not even sure where you enter commands so if you tell me any please tell me how and where to enter them..thanks...btw im very good with computers so i will learn fast im not a complete noob..the reason i want to make a lilo boot disk is so i can load lilo from VMware the boot disk i have now only installs linux and i cant run linux on vmware with just an installation boot disk..thanks

Im not even sure where you enter commands

You create a lilo boot disk by entering commands at a command prompt.
If your distribution boots into a GUI (gnome or KDE) then find a menu entry or desk icon for "terminal", "xterm", "konsole", "shell" or some such and start a terminal.
