Licqwharf and docklet in KDE

Mandrake 10.0, KDE 3.2
I turned on "use dock icon" in Licq. But only new window "Licqdwarf" appears. I can't propely configure qt-gui plugin, and need help
What i have to do to place ICQ in docklet?

Licq FAQ says that I must configure this plugin (qt-gui), but it doesn't says how!
