libpthread.so.0 problem for epsxe

i've upgraded my graphix drivers for my nvidia card, but now i can't use my mesa plugin for epsxe (i get a segmentation fault)- i've tried the solutions in their readme but i get this error message:

/lib/i686/librt.so.1: symbol __pthread_clock_settime, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not
defined in file libpthread.so.0 with link time reference[sammy@localhost epsxe152lin]$

what shoud i do?
