libncurses question?

Hello

Where could I download libncurses, or is libncurses a problem with my compiler?

I'm trying to build a package and I'm missing libncurses or libcurses.
After performing a research on google I found nothing that answered my question.

Any advice?
Thanks.

Did you use Yast to search the repositories for libncurses?

Yeah, I'm having trouble with libncurses, too. I can't seem to find it the the Yast repositories. I would imagine that you have to add some repositories to Yast but I don't know where to find them; a quick glance on some OpenSuSe forums might give us an answer, so I'll look that up tonight and post an answer here.

Ok I've solved my problem, for all thoses who are interested.

1.I downloaded the package ncurses from the GNU website
2.gunzip and tar it
3.make it

and now you have the libcurses-5.0

but now I got another problem with the program I'm trying to install, one thing leads to another lol.

Ciao
