You need to install the Common Unix Printing System (CUPS) via RPM. You can usually find that on your distro's installation cd-roms or from any RPM repository on the Internet. Make sure it is the right version of your particular distro.
If you post what distro you are using, I can give you more of a direct link to the RPM you need. But basically, you need to install CUPS
