libcairo.so.2 ?

Hi all, this has got to be about the 4th time doing a fresh install of slackware 10.2, then upgrading to KDE 3.5.1, then compiling a 2.6.15.6 kernel, then updating it all with slapt-get (using the /slackware-current folder on an ftp). When i try to start firefox or gftp (and quite a few more programs) I keep getting
Code:
error while loading shared libraries: libcairo.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
What am i doing wrong? Someone please help

It seems like libcairo.so.2 is missing. Do you have cairo installed?

Im not too sure :/ I did another clean install, just finishing now. I wonder if its worth doing exactly the same as before but at the end installing cairo (hopefully it wasnt installed). Any ideas? I'll see what happens then post back .
