Hi
I am trying to build some programs like lmms or qtraktor
but I often get the reported error.
Can someone tell me how to avoid it?

Installing gnu c++ (g++/gcc-c++) usually fixes that error. Do it through the package manager. Did you install the 'build essentials' for your distribution?

Some times you need to sit down with your compiler and talk to it. Let it cry it out, and if that doesn't work put it on medication. Get it? Sanity?

But no, this generally happens when you don't have a cpp compiler.

sudo apt-get install g++ libc6-dev

( build-essential is mostly for building ".deb" packages.)
