LEACH and LEACH-C implementation in ns-2.35 on ubuntu 14.04
 

Hello All

I want to work with comparison of LEACH protocols in ns2, I have managed to install ns-2.35 in 14.04 Ubuntu.

Can anyone help me with how I can go about getting LEACH and LEACH-C protocol running for comparison.

And lastly how can I write my own version of LEACH

The leach + leach_c code doesn't work with ns-2.35 :
At least not with the latest code update (by @exidus).
I.e. leach+pegasis-ns234-files-2.tar.gz

The good news : You can have as many versions of ns2 as you want,
installed at the same time. But do never add any *PATH text to .bashrc.


Writing a new ns2 protocol : You will need some experience with ns2.
And : The code is c++, tcl, otcl.

Thanks @knudfl for the heads ups. I am still quite new to Linux and NS2 have been searching through posts and
have found that quite a number recommend using MINT 9 os distro with ns2.34

will changing OS have any major effects from 14.04 ubuntu

Also do you have any heads up for tcl and otcl tutorials
