LCD screen
 
Hey, i just got this lcd screen, and i'm running at 1280x1024 at 75mh refresh rate. For some reason though, i don't believe it's telling the exact when i right click and view it under configure desktop.. is tehre a way to make sure it's running that. This screen is really hurting my eyes, but then agian, mabye lcds need to get used to?

Please help.

you can look in your /etc/X11/XF86Config file near the bottom. There it has all the screen resolutions. Create a back up and remove all the ones that you do not want. Make sure to make a backup so that you can replace it if something goes wrong.

IF you are using x.org instead of Xfree86 it would be /etc/X11/xorg
but i dont think that would help you seeing that u r using SuSe
