launch cygwin with automation

Hi Guru's

I used de/qa/poc environments to connect to and already created an alias from cygwin bashrc to automatically ssh connects to target environment via ssh pass. like this = ssh@qaenv123

Now from the ConsoleZ there is a tab manager where I can name the tabs. I would like to ask if there is a way where my cygwin will launch with the ready executed automation of ssh to env and incorporate to ConsoleZ tab. I would like to try so that my tabs are in naming fashion like "dev" "qa" or "poc"
