last command
 
i want to see the user remote or login to my suse server... so i use last command .. but the problem is i want to see the year/month/day.. i dont see the year... so how can i customized last command to see the year or any other command?

i have tried last -t but it didnt satisfied me

Hi and welcome to LQ.

According to the manual, you can do "last -F". Does that help?

but "last -F" didnt work, the error say invaild option

Thats strange because it works perfectly fine for me on openSUSE 10.3. What Linux distribution are you using? It could be that you have an old version of last (mine is provided by sysvinit 2.86-102) or maybe openSUSE patched their version to include the -F option.
