Large Icons/Cursors
 

I have downloaded a file for large cursors, I just need to know where to put it and how to utilize it. I haven't yet opened and applied it. I do have a file already on my puter: /usr/lib/linuxmint/mintInstall/tmp/Large Mouse Cursors/cursors, but again, I'm not sure how to apply it.
what I am trying to apply now is a diferent file: /home/dawg/Downloads/cbsidlm-cbsi188-Cursors-SEO-10913270.exe
Either one would work I'm sure. I just don't know exactly where to put the file and how to apply it. (Yes, I'm repeating myself)
I want to use it on Chromium/Chrome, either one.
I'm running Petra.

It would probably go in /usr/share/icons or another directory in /usr/share. If the theme can be installed. I say if, because I see .exe at the end. .exe is a Windows execution file.
