LAN connection appearence

Hi All,

I am using Slackware 11 with KDE 3.5.4. This is an office machine which shares internet connectivity via central server using dhcp.

Everything is setup perfectly. I can access internet both from Linux and Windows using this machine.

The problem is that I dont see those two "computer icons", that appear in the down right corner of the desktop when internet is enabled or when nic cable is plugged in. Any idea how do I enable this feature in KDE 3.5.4?

Thanks
