LAN card Problem..plz anybody help me..
 

Hi everybody

I am using two LAN card in my RH PC (eth0,ethh1),recently one(eth0) has broken off,Now I would like to change this LAN card.The old LAN card was
RealTeck RTL8139 Fast ethernet at 0xc88c9000,00:c0:4c:5a:44:61,IRQ 11

I want to replace it by a SMC LAN card

I did not do this job before...Plase anybody help me....I am new on RH really..

Its quite simple. I would probably do the following steps:
- remove the broken card from the computer
- start the computer, there will be a message during the boot that some hardware was removed, i would choose to remove configuration
- turn off the computer, install new card, start it again
- click configure when the msg about new hardware appears
