LAN card problem


ey guys...I have a Red Hat 9 on my computer...but my problem is that I have to install 2 lan cards..I already have a lan card on my PC,i need to add one...What effect does this have on my system? And what are the things to do in this case?

There's no bad effect of doing this... Just remember to initialize the cards on boot. Also, if you're using kernel modules to start the cards, be sure to load these modules as well.

If the 2nd card is of the same make as your first card... then you're almost all done
