I take it you are referring to Ad-hoc wireless (between 2 PCs without a Wireless Access Point)?

If so, this isn't available on all wireless cards under Linux as of yet. Here is a guide that should work though:

Well I tryed Samba and then i got the connection between two ubuntu pcs

Samba for file sharing between Ubuntu systems? You need nfs for that. I do not know if samba is a good solution for this but nfs is what you need.
