Most of the linux installation medias will have the installers for the respective distributions by default. You will just need to select them for installation.
Still it will be more helpful for people here to help you if you tell what exactly are you trying to do and what distribution are you using.

RHEL5 medias have all the packages needed to make your server a lamp server. While installing you might not have installed them. So put back the installation media and install the needed packages.

but how can i install trough reinstalling o/s or rpms. what is the easy process
Just put the media in the drive and go to the folder which contains all the RPMs. Usually it is called RPMS. Then install all the packages that you need by rpm -ivh <package>.rpm. No need to reinstall the complete OS.
