Labeling a fat16 partition


Hi group,

I'm not a newbie but this seems like a newbie question.

I can use e2label to label ext2 and ext3 partitions, what do
I use to label an MSDOS partition?? Needed for fstab, LABEL=xxx.

You can try the mlabel command, that is part of the mtools package.
