Obviously you need the relevant pkgs installed first; this will help http://linux.dell.com/files/whitepap..._made_easy.pdf
There's a pt2 here http://linux.dell.com/files/whitepap...Easy_Part2.pdf
Or

Virtualization Technology wasnt enable

Verify
that Virtualization Technology
(VT)
is enabled in your servers
BIOS
. Reboot your server and
press F2 during POST to go into the BIOS
, the select Processor
s Settings, and verify Virtualization
Technology is Enabled. Save and Exit and let the server boot up" and its worked, right now there is no warning.
