Question Kubuntu response appeares only after restarting

I have Kubuntu 10.10. and it doesn't apply changes I did from terminal or any customization except after rebooting.
What's wrong?!

Thanks!

What "customization" are you talking about? If it is the KDE desktop, restart the desktop. Either log out and log back in, or use Ctrl + Alt + Del together.

Other things you change, like server configs usually you have to restart the server.
