Thumbs down Kubuntu 21.10 neither ALT+CTRL+T to open terminal nor MS Bluetooth Mouse works

ALT+CTRL+T worked well to open a terminal window under Kubuntu 21.06

MS Bluetooth mouse also worked well under 21.06

I upgraded to 21.10 and no matter what I do, MS Bluetooth mouse is not working, and ALT+CTRL_T also stopped being responsive.

My laptop is Dell Inspiron 5000 and the Bluetooth mouse works well under Win 10

I ran the command bluetoothctl

It shows me a bunch of addresses but my MS Bluetooth mouse is not displayed

While it is still running the bluetoothctl command I turned my tablet on and my laptop did detect the tablet

I'd go into KDE's hotkey / keyboard shortcut settings dialog and see what key combo launches a terminal.
Does that work?
Can you launch a terminal (konsole I guess) another way?

The mouse is another issue and requires more troubleshooting info: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...h-dmesg-38682/

Seems I remember having to do that after I installed KDE on Linux Mint.

I added KConsole to my task bar. Since I use it all the time, it is always one mouse 'click' away. Just a different way to get to a terminal.
