Konqueror KFileReplace trouble

Each time Konqueror switches form one working mode to another (e.g. html browser -> file browser) an annoying message is shown:

There was an error loading the module KFileReplace.
The diagnostics is:
Library files for "libkfilereplacepart.la" not found in paths

So what to do?

I have consulted my friend with the same distro, and he said that he read somewhere that it was Quanta-related problem. After I had uninstalled Quanta, everything became OK. The whole story seems rather mysterious to me. Can someone explain me this?
