Kodi won't start in Opensuse 13.1

Just started with Linux on 32-bit computer. Installed Kodi software via Yats and Packman repository. Kodi won't start in GUI. Running in Konsole produces following message:

/usr/lib/kodi/kodi.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libsocket-blocking-samba4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can anyone tell me what this means, and how to fix the problem? Tried running ldconfig, but no change.

Thanks in anticipation.

Warning:
DO NOT use the UNSUPPORTED opensuse 13.1
Support for 13.1 ENDED last February ( feb 3 2016)

now if this is Evergreen ?? well still old
42.2 leap is the current

even 13.2 is about to go end of life in 2 months

as to the error
Quote:

libsocket-blocking-samba4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
fairly self explanatory

it is missing , install it, but with 13.1 9 months dead ??????
that might be easier said than done

OK, thanks for your trouble, I managed to unblock an update stream and the Samba stuff came down and fixed the problem. Appreciate your advice and will progress.

Thanks again.
