Question Knoppix bootable cd, bios is old, how can I start from floppy?

I Like to run knoppix from CD, but i have a old bios so I can't boot from cd. Instead i have to make a bootable floppy, where i can load the cd drive and start knoppix.

I use Knoppix 3.6 which has isolinux. so there is no boot.img to create.
makedisk.bat only works for knoppix without isolinux(and hasn't got cd-support). could i make a kind of automatic loader via floppy that boots the cd? it doesn't have to be great looking, as long it will run.

Thank you in advance.
