dus anyone know howto do that ?

A liveCD is mainly intended to do what its name says: to run the OS from the CD. Knoppix follows that rule and, by default, it mounts your drives as read-only. And even if you'd mount them as read/write, when you next boot it won't remember the settings.
Why not install Knoppix to HD? It would run faster and it would give you a better view of what Linux can do. And the install is piece of cake.
