Kmail - address where

I have just installed a small applet for the desktop which requires me to enter the address of Kmail.

As a newbie, could anyone show me howto / whereto find the address/PATH that I should enter. Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure what does this mean, if it is the address of the binary file, type "which kmail" in the console and it will return the path. It depends on the distribution.

Kmail

Thanks for your reply - much appreciated. Have entered the cmd you suggested and it comes back with

#/usr/bin/kmail

I presume this is the command I enter to get the applet to run.

Sorry I sound so vague, bit confused as I am used to the 'windows' with the .exe extentions.
