Kickstart unable to find pxelinux.cfg/default

RHAS 4 update 4

i've done a fresh installation and trying to configure it as a kickstart server.

i am using the default tftp rpm and have edited disable = yes in /etc/xinetd.d/tftp , server = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd ,server_args = -s /tftpboot -l"
also verified /etc/services

the client boots and gets the ipaddress fron the dhcp server but its shows tftp .... and reached to pxelinux.cfg/default and give the error unable to locate default

can someone guide?

Here are two links to read about setting up pxelinux:
http://syslinux.zytor.com/pxe.php and http://syslinux.zytor.com/archives/2007-May/008484.htm.
If the pxelinux.cfg/default files doesn't exist, create one. The second link above inculdes an example of what to put in it (scroll down to the bottom of the page to see it).

start in.tftpd manually
in.tftpd -v -l -s /tftpboot

tested the same
