Keying

Good day to all, I have a popup window that shows up each time I open a browser. This window has to be canceled five different time and I want it gone forever. Please tell me the command line phrse I need to use.
The name of this popup window is Unlock Keying
The header reads ´Enter password for default keying´
The subtext reads An application wants access to the keying, but it is locked.
The next line down is a box where a password is typed in.

General info: Ubuntu 16.04 32bit on an HP desktop
